Creating affirmative adornment is the mission behind my work. It is delightful when a person comes across a piece of jewelry that I have made and finds a message that touches them. A treasure is discovered! I feel inspired to make artwork that gives people a message of strength, courage, hope and faith. Time and time again I watch and hear stories from customers who are thrilled to find a beautiful pendant or bracelet that they identify with as well as finding special gifts for their friends.

I learned the basics of jewelry making from a dear friend. In her life she carried with her a great commitment to both excellence in craftsmanship and spreading love and light. My work carries on that spirit using my own creative expressions. I have returned now to my native Oregon roots and for 10 years have been selling my wares at the Portland Saturday Market where I shopped throughout childhood. My designs are also available at art and craft shows and galleries in the Northwest.

I appreciate the natural perfection of the metal and gemstones that I use in creating jewelry. My work retains the organic beauty of the elements used. Added to it are a dash of spirit and simplicity of design so that the pieces many be worn and cherished every day.
